Victorian Campaign Chair with Possibly Some Interesting Provenance

Description

Carved walnut folding chair with later upholstery. Circa 1880.

Apparently, this chair was gifted to one of the workers at Chatsworth house in the early 20th Century, and then by decent. An old inscription to the underside, now only partially legible mentions Chatsworth Gardens.
