Gilt and Gesso has dated this piece to the 1920s.
A superbly stylish pair of Italian mirror wall sconces with etched decorated glass showing some gentle foxing, upon metal plates and bulb branches, complemented with a carved giltwood matching lower finials.
The sconces are presented in excellent and original condition, no losses or structural damage.
The mirror plates have now been professionally fixed to the metal back plates and the bulb housings have replacement, period correct candle sleeve covers.
