The chair features a smokers bow back, with turned spindle up-stands to a 1 piece solid Ash seat with stunning fiddle back grain. The seat swivels on its original a cast iron mechanism with a ball bearing race keeping the chair solid whilst easily rotating with no ''play''. The swivel base stands on 4 slender high curved legs which are all solid with no breaks.This desk chair has a nice light yet mellowed colour and would blend in with many different types of wooden desks. This simple chair is fixed height so does not adjust up and down and is non reclining.
