Description

Very handsome Edwardian walnut desk chair c.1905. Curving backrest and arms supported on a gallery of 21 steamed and shaped slats. Over a generously shaped saddle seat (height 18") carved from 2¼" thick walnut boards raised on cabriole legs with unusual ball feet at the front and joined with crinoline stretchers. Some minor old wear, generally very good colour and condition, very solid and sturdy. Cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
