This is a Rare Antique Victorian American Oak Swivel Chair by Hale & Kilburn of Philadelphia. The Company was started by Warren Hale and Cheney Kilburn. Its a Gorgeous example with label verso and completely adjustable. It has Bergere cane seat and back so you dont sweat in the heat with gorgeous oak decoration/
