Beautiful large antique French gilt Louis Philippe mirror in excellent condition.

It dates from around 1860.

It has its lovely, tall and wide real gilt (gold leaf) on gesso frame with no chips. The frame iitself is a very generous 12cm wide and 8cm deep.

It has its gorgeous, heavy original glass with no scratches or foxing.

It has all its original backboards (photo to follow).

It would make a perfect leaner mirror in a lounge or bedroom perhaps but would also work very well as an overmantel above a fireplace or hanging on a large wall.
