Victorian Brass Bound Walnut Writing Slope

Description

A Victorian walnut and brass bound writing slope. The top has a vacant cartouche with matching escutcheon. The brass binding has small brass studs added. A very clean and tidy example that opens to reveal a black gold tooled skiver, matching pair of replaced screw top brass and glass inkwells, pen tray, stamp/nib holder and a working lock and key.

This may be bought for £145 without the replacement inkwells.
