Antique Edwardian Mahogany Inlaid Salon or Desk Chair C1900 W6266/7.3

Description

Lovely decorative antique edwardian mahogany inlaid salon or desk chair and dating from around 1900. It has a serpentine shaped back rail above an upholstered velvet panel and a central inlaid adams style panel of various fruitwoods. It has a oputsplayed armrests on shaped supports and a velvet seat pad abopve squared taperng legs on a spade foot joined by stretchers. The whole chair is beautifully strung throughout with satinwood.

Measures: 36" high X seat height 16.5" X 21" deep X 22" wide

In very good condition and with a lovely deep colour and patination to the quality mahogany oozing the charm and character of the edwardian art nouveau perod.
