Antique Edwardian Inlaid Mahogany Desk Chair C1900 Wm6281/1.3

Description

Lovely antique edwardian mahogany desk or hall chair and dating from around 1900. It has a scrolled top rail with satinwood inlay of swag and harebell above decorative pierced back supports and with shaped outsplayed armrests with satinwood stringing on ring turned supports. There is a lovely upholstered seat pad covered in quality decorative fabric and it stands on squared and tapering legs which are strung and with a spade foot and joined by stretchers.

Measures: 36" high X seat height 17" X 19" deep X 21" wide

In very good condition with a lovely deep mellow colour and patination to the mahogany oozing the charm and character of the period.
