Antique Victorian Mahogany Spoon Back Armchair C1880 W6269/1.3

Description

Superb antique victorian mahogany spoon back armchair and dating from around 1880. It has a moulded and scrolled mahogany show frame to the deep button back and lovely scrolled armrests with shaped mahogany fronts above a serpentine shaped seat pad and mahogany frieze. Standing on turned mahogany legs on castors. It is covered in a quality dark midnight blue/black satinised fabric.

Measures: 42" high X seat height 16" X 30" deep X 27" wide

In very good condition with a lovely deep colour and patination to the mahogany oozing the charm and character of the victorian period.
