It is in excellent condition for its age and is strong and sturdy.
There are some signs of age and use around the legs, some small marks and knocks and a small chip above one castor but nothing detrimental or untoward. There are some minor signs of historic woodworm under the frame which has all been treated as a precaution and doesn't concern us.
