Description

A superb matched pair of Morris & Co ‘Sussex’ armchairs, designed by Philip Webb, together with a rare two-seater ‘Sussex’ bench. C.1870

All in original condition and ebonised finish, possessing a charming glow.

Constructed from ash and beech with rush and seagrass seats, structurally very good, with minor imperfections.
