...is Edwardian mahogany occasional chair has been cleaned and French polished by hand; therefore, it boasts a lovely colour and patination. The seat has been newly upholstered to a professional standard in forest green velvet upholstery, finished with matching braiding. The underside has also been re-webbed and finished with a traditional hessian backing. The upholstery is therefore new, clean and free from wear and marks. If you do not like the colour/style of the upholstery, we can recover the seat in a fabric of your choice. If you would like the seat recovered, please contact us for a quote.

This is a fine quality antique English Edwardian mahogany occasional chair, in the style of the George IV / Regency period, circa 1910, ideal as office / desk / dining chair, with a
newly upholstered seat, in good condition. Nominal old use marks to the leading edges of the chair but nothing significant considering their age. The chair frame has been cleaned and French polished in our workshop by hand, to a professional standard, therefore, the colour and patination is of an excellent standard. The seat has also been newly upholstered to a professional standard. The upholstery is therefore clean and free from wear and marks. If you do not like the colour/style of the upholstery, we can recover the seat in a fabric of your choice. If you would like the seat recovered, please contact us for a quote.
