Set of Eight Country Antique Dining Chairs – Unusual Design

A lovely long set of eight, English 19th century antique dining chairs beautifully made, all eight are in excellent, strong and sturdy condition. They are all a great, original colour, made in the North of England in solid birch wood, they are a more unusual design with comfortable balloon back style back rests with a single horizontal, shaped rail. The solid seats are nicely shaped and they stand on well turned legs that are connected by turned stretchers. Great to find eight still together, perfect for country kitchen dining or for use in pubs, bars and restaurants as they are so solid. They date to around 1840.
