A quality, figured mahogany, early 19c French library chair. The arm heigtht is really good for resting your elbows when reading a book. Upholstery is blue ,raw silk brocade and is very useable. Small historical damage to back. However , this doesn''t affect the use of the chair at all. Very comfortable.
