Rare set of 10 chairs by Shepherd and Hedger Southampton in blue leather. The exceptional quality solid mahogany frames have carved ball and claw feet on cabriole legs The joints are tight and the leather shows attractive signs of use with some cracking to the seats on a few of the chairs. The seats of the carvers have been reupholstered in blue leather at some time in the past but are a good match
