A fine quality and unusual design, late Victorian period rotating office chair. The chair is very substantially made in solid walnut which has the most wonderful untouched patina with a great polish to the seat and arms through years of use. The design features a carved fan to the chair back and large balls on the arms, giving it an almost neoclassical feel. The condition throughout is excellent with the odd minor fault and the original castors. A great and perfectly useable armchair in excellent condition.
