Description

An extremely attractive Victorian walnut casket with brass overlays set with five agate cabochons.

The lid lifts to reveal the original silk-lined interior bearing small pin holes to the fabric, indicating this box was originally used as a sewing box. The hinges open and close with ease and both overlays and stones remain firmly set.

A great looking piece of wonderful colour.
