Georgian Scottish Laburnum Chair

18th century
Description

Good late 18th century Georgian Scottish laburnum wood single chair of Sheraton design. Good solid chair with no damage and no repairs, covered in green velvet. A lot of laburnum wood furniture, especially from the 18th century was made in Perth by George Sandeman who also made a wonderful Broomwood cabinet for Blair Castle.

SIZE; 20 across the front by 17 1/2" deep by 35" high. Seat height is 19"
