Dimensions:W: 95cm (37.4")H: 152cm (59.8")

Beautiful large 19th century French painted mirror.

It has its original very heavy antique mercury mirror plate and ornate gesso frame in a floral design. Mercury glass is rare and was not used after 1840.

It has its original pine backboards.

It has been painted in a chalk ‘antique’ white paint.

It would look fantastic as a leaner mirror, above a mantelpiece or hanging from a large wall.
