Early 19th Century Antique Windsor Stick Back Armchair

Amazingly, still in the lovely original antique paint finish, this beautiful antique country Windsor armchair comes originally from the Lincolnshire / East Midlands area around 1820. Made in elm and ash woods, this simple well made antique Windsor has a plain spindle stick hooped back rest with a lovely thick and well shaped seat with shaped arm supports. In superb condition, all very solid and completely original, this antique Windsor chair stands on turned front legs that are joined by a turned H stretcher. A very honest example and perfect dining height.
