This is a beautiful quality, rope work antique octagonal wall mirror was originally made for the Duke of Buccleuch Estate by the Chapman Bros, Carvers, Gilders and frame makers, 251 Kings Road, London, the makers paper label is on the well panelled pine back.
In superb condition and with a clean later mirror plate. A very decorative large scale antique gilt wall mirror, a more unusual octagonal shape and with fabulous history.
