Miles Griffiths Antiques Ltd has dated this piece to the 19th Century.
They are very made with the revolving seats in solid mahogany with the P+O motif carved into the back splats. Each antique ships chair comes with the original Bergere summer seat pad and also with upholstered seat pad for cooler climes. They are both in very good condition, only the upholstered seat pads require a new top fabric. English and dating from around 1870. We also have the matching ships table available.
