George III Mahogany Hall Chair

A beautiful and sophisticated design after Ince and Mayhew, C.1790.
 
This English 18th Century hall chair retains its excellent original colour and patina.
 
The oval medallion back is crisply carved above a solid dished seat, raised on square tapering forelegs with spade feet.
 
Structurally sound, with old sympathetic repair and split.
