Description

Stylish and super quality, would make an excellent desk chair

With a top rail reminiscent of the designs of Thomas Hope, from a city at one time known as 'The Athens of the North'.

85cm x 49.5cm x 50.5cm

Good consistent colour and structurally sound. The drop-in seat is upholstered in watered blue silk and unblemished. There have been historic dowel repairs to the top corners of both front legs and some typical surface wear in places. The underside of the back rail inscribed in chalk 'Berwickshire 2'......(Paxton United-nil?...joking)
