Description

A charming antique Victorian period rocking chair in solid mahogany and leather. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1860-1880’s.

It is of superb quality, it is quite petite yet very comfortable to relax in. The solid mahogany frame has nicely turned legs and stretcher, with beautifully scrolled armrests.

The condition is excellent for its age, we have had the frame re-polished, the leather has been revived and polished by our leather restorer as well. There are various small marks here and there beneath the polish, this has a stunning overall patina.
