A lovely 17th Century Oak Box of rich warm colour and patina, in wonderful original condition.

Retaining the original shaped lock plate, hasp and hinges that have been shortened slightly in length.

The top with punch work patten and jimped edge, the front carved with stylised flowers and initialed I W.
