Masons Antiques has dated this Mahogany Drop Dial Clock to the 1800s.
An octagonal surround to the 12" round dial and with glazed lenticle through which the pendulum can be seen working. It has inspection doors to the sides and a key lockable door to the underside.

The 8 day, twin-fusee movement strikes the hours on a bell with a lovely crisp strike. It has just been fully overhauled by our Bhi registered staff and carries our usual 12mths full parts and labour guarantee.

The 12", white painted dial has black Roman numerals and is clearly signed with the makers name.
Bell striking wall clocks are quite rare and this is a classic example of these much sought after pieces.
