A stunning ladies writing slope/box in rosewood and mother of pearl that dates to around 1860

In excellent original condition in a deep rich red colour with strong dark grain configuration and mother of pearl inlays and a mother of pearl escutcheon

It has a blue embossed gold leather skiver and comes with a set of original inkwells and a working lock and key

Measures 12 inches wide, 10 inches deep and 4 inches high

A really nice item that would make an attractive gift for a loved one
