A super collectors Tunbridge ware desk box with makers label T.Barton a famous maker of Tunbridge ware items. In great original condition. An eye catching display of various wood inlays throughout with floral banding to the edging. A maker’s label is located on the bottom of the box. The interior comprises of a small compartment with a inlaid original lid and ink well. It comes with a fully functional lock and key and dates to Victorian 1850.
