A Regency Tunbridge ware jewellery box, the rectangular top with finely inlaid border around a specimen inlaid trompe-l’oeil panel and boxwood strung edge over a rosewood trunk with boxwood stringing and lock escutcheon and on compressed ball feet Lined inside with the original pink lining paper. English circa 1810. Key supplied.
Condition: Excellent, the box is in lovely original condition with no lifting to the specimen veneers, the hinges work well as does the key.
