Antique Meiji (19thC) Japanese carved wooden (treen) box, probably for keeping documents, etc. The box is carved on all sides with foliage and magnolia. Measures 27cm long x 15cm high x 13.5cm deep. Signed.
Excellent condition and patina with a few age-related cracks.
