Description

A very good quality mid 19th century papier mache tea caddy, decorated with mother of pearl and fine painted and gilt flowers. leaves and ferns. The caddy retains the original glass mixing bowl.

Still in lovely bright condition, photos show old repairs to the hinges. and wear to one foot.

A very good example.
