Description

A delightful writing slope made from burr walnut and with brass and pewter inlay throughout with cross banding of tulipwood. It’s in a decent overall condition and dates to Victorian 1850. The interior comprises of its writing sloped section with a green leather and number of various compartments for storing pens and writing materials etc. It also comes with a glass ink well and a fully functioning lock and key. A lovely example.
