Stunning Fully Fitted Coromandel Vanity Box by Goodman 1840

Description

A stunning conditioned vanity box in a physically complete and original condition, one of the finest examples we’ve had the pleasure of selling. The exterior wood is a beautiful grained coromandel in great condition with no defects. Everything about this vanity is original and made by Goodman, 25 north street Taunton. The interior comprises of numerous bottles and jars with plated finely engraved tops. Has a reversible velvet and mirror to the lid with a document sleeve behind this. We have a bottom drawer with velvet lining with the brass plaque stating the maker.

It even has the original bramah key with a fully functioning lock which works like silk! A stunning example on all levels.
