A fine Victorian burr walnut writing slope. Bound with brass straps and corners with oblong vacant cartouch and oblond brass escutcheon plate, both surrounded with brass inlay. Inside is fitted wuith a beautiful tooled dark blue leather, a pair of inkwells, pen tray and two concealed (secret) drawers.
Original lock with working key.
