A spectacular large tea caddy made from flamed mahogany. An impressive size and in great original condition it sits on its original rosewood bun feet with banding just above that. The high quality continues inside with the two original canisters and a glass mixing bowl in the centre all in working order. The glass is also in good overall condition. It’s an early caddy dating to the Georgian period of 1820.
