Stunning Georgian Tea Caddy .1800

Description

A stunning twin lid tea caddy in super condition through out. It’s made primary from mahogany and has boxwood around the edges. It has two iconic Georgian shell inlays on the centre lid and the front of the box. The shell is made from boxwood, ebony and the greenish wood being sycamore. A fabulous example with the inside following the quality. The interior comprises of two mahogany lids with boxwood edging. This example dates to the Georgian period 1800 and comes with a fully functioning lock and key.
