Description

This is a fine quality mid 19th century Anglo Indian Sandalwood Jewellery box with superbly crafte detail. The box has pretty hand painted panels of flowers with burnished iron studs throughout and is raised on carved hairy paw feet. The interior is lined in a deep blue velvet and is in immaculate condition.

A really superb example dating from around 1850.

The box measures 33 cms long 12 deep and 18 cms high.
