Stunning Partridge Wood Caddy 1820

19th century
Description

A stunning twin lid tea caddy made from partridge wood. It’s in a complete and immaculate condition through out. It sits on four rounded brass balls with two original brass done handles on each side. The exterior lid has an inlaid stag dating to late Georgian 1820. Around the inlaid stag It has inlaid boxwood and ebony framing the main inlay. The interior comprises of beautiful inlaid lids that fit flush. The caddy comes with a fully functioning lock and key.
