Georgian Mahogany Jewellery Box 1800

Description

A beautiful sized jewellery/watch box made from mahogany. It has a Georgian shell inlaid on the centre lid and 4 corner shells joined together by boxwood inlay. It’s in an immaculate state through out. As we continue through the inside it’s been fully kitted out for all jewellery and watch needs. It’s got a lidded compartment for storage and a cushioned ring section going the width of the box. In front of that our 3 watch compartments cushioned by a soft lining. A beautiful example dating to the Georgian period 1820 and coming with a fully functioning lock and key.
