Butterfly Inlaid Tunbridge Ware Writing Slope 1890

Description

A beautiful writing slope made from burr walnut with the tunbridge ware inlay running through the slope in great intact condition. It has a rare inlaid butterfly on the centre lid. The interior slope section comprises of the writing slope are with a green leather. It comprises of two secret drawer and a pair of ink wells. It comes with fully functioning lock and key dating to Victorian 1890.
