Description

This is a really good quality example of Kashmir Papier Mache work dating from the early 20th century. The half circle lidded box is in excellent condition with finely hand painted floral and gilded detail. The colours are bold and vibrant and this is in super order.

A very pretty example of Indian craftsmanship.

The box measures 14 cms by 6 cms deep and 3 cms high.
