This High Quality early 19th Century Inlaid Regency Mahogany Antique Tea Caddy dates from ca. 1830 and has kingwood cross banding, diamond key escutcheon with key and working lock. The interior has two inlaid lids with small turned handles and this fine antique has aged to a warm rich shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
