Complete with working lock and two working keys.
This is a very rare tea caddy, almost certainly Continental and perhaps "Spa-ware" from the Belgian town of Spa in the province of Liege, where highly regarded souvenirs were made as early as the 17th century from local wood, which was hand-decorated and are now highly collectable.
