Rare 3 Lid Georgian Tea Caddy C.1820

Description

A stunning rare collectors 3 lid tea caddy. The main exterior wood is mahogany with tulipwood cross banding around the edging of the piece. It has the iconic Georgian shell inlay on the dome topped lid all completely original. It comprises of a bottom draw great for storing the smaller items. The interior comprises of the 3 lid section each made from mahogany and banded in tulipwood. A great stunning example in immaculate condition. Dates to c.1820 and comes with a fully functioning lock and key.
