Stunning Burr Walnut, Tunbridge Inlaid Small Antique Tea Caddy

This 19th Century Stunning Burr Walnut, Tunbridge Inlaid Small Antique Tea Caddy dates from ca. 1850 and has kingwood cross banding, Tunbridge feather inlay and Burr Walnut Centre panels. The interior still retains the two Mahogany lids with small brass handles and there is a key with working lock. It has aged to a warm Rich shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.

Height: 11.5 cm / 4.5 inches

Width: 17.5 cm / 7 inches

Depth: 11 cm / 4.5 inches
