Description

An interesting 19th century book shaped money box. The spine has incised line decoration and the initials SH and the date 1871.

To open the spines slides down underneath the SH and reveals a slot to place coins in. To retrieve the coins the box woulld have been shaken. 

It measures 11.7cm h x 9cm w x 3cm d
