A beautiful writing slope made from burr walnut giving off attractive swirling grains to the wood. Its in great all round physical condition with a brass inlay on the centre lid and escutcheon.

The interior comprises of its original velvet and the two writing sections. This example comes with two secret drawers and a glass ink well. It dates to Victorian 1860 and comes with a fully functioning lock and key.
