Large Solid Mahogany Campaign Box C.1800

Description

A unique large sized campaign box made from mahogany with brass bounding around the edging and two large brass plate escutcheon. It also has two flush brass handles on either side. As you open the top lids to are greeted with the original green baize cloth for the writing area. Each lid compartments can be secured by the lock and key provided. Each compartment has secret draws. Its a rare unique piece dating to the Georgian period c.1800.
